Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the continental United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the U.S., we will email you a separate bill for shipping charges.
How are products packaged for shipping?
All fossils are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Larger or more delicate items may be double-boxed for extra protection.
What is your return policy?
Products can be returned if they are undamaged and in their original condition. If a product arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund. We recommend using insured shipping for the value of the product when returning items.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within the continental U.S. typically ship within 3–5 business days. International and non-continental U.S. orders may take longer depending on customs and carrier availability.

Yes, all fossils we sell are authentic and sourced responsibly.
